Reservation Confirmation: By using our reservation system, you agree that your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or notification from the restaurant.
Dining Duration: Each reservation comes with a dining duration of up to 3 hours. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this time frame. Do notify us if you would like to extend your reservation time with us.
Group Size/ Seating Preference: We allocate seatings according to the number of pax. If your grou size changes, please notify us in advance to ensure suitable seatings. While we do our best to accomodate seating preferences, we cannot guarantee specific tables or areas of restaurant.
Reservation Holding Period: We understand that plans can sometimes run late. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. After this period, tables will be released for other guests. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact our team at the earliest convenience to inform us of your expected arrival time. We will try our best to accomodate
to your revised schedule, subjected to availability.
Reservation Changes: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, renovations, or other events beyond our control.
We understand plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. For group size above 8pax, cancellation needs to be done at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit
