What to know before dining with us

Table Reservation Policy

⏰ Reservation Hours
We're happy to take reservations daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, 
we warmly welcome walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

🕒 Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. 
After this, the reservation will be released so we can welcome waiting guests. 
Thank you for understanding!

📍 Zones

🍴 TUBA Dining Zone (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
All ages welcome. Perfect for family meals, catching up with friends, or a relaxed dinner in a warm, stylish setting.

🎶 Live Music Zone (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
For guests aged 20 and above. Join us every Thursday evening for Live Jazz.

🚫 House Policy
Please note that NO outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted.

(1 L): THB 800 
Wine: THB 800 per bottle

🅿️ Parking
Free parking in front of TUBA until 5:00 PM.
After 5:00 PM: THB 100 valet fee per vehicle/night 
applies if your car exits after 5:00 PM, regardless of arrival time.
*Kindly note parking is managed by the building management, not TUBA.

Cancellation Policy

❗ Cancellation Policy                         

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance.                         
This allows us to manage seating arrangements and extend our hospitality to other guests.                         
                         
For reservations secured with a deposit:                         
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability.                         
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited in full.
