What to know before dining with us

Terms and Conditions


• A confirmed reservation guarantees a table at the selected date and time for the stated number of guests.

• We may require a credit card or deposit to secure your booking; by providing these details you authorize us to apply any applicable cancellation or no‑show fees according to the policy below.

• Each reservation includes a dining time of 90 minutes from the booked time; late arrivals may reduce the remaining dining time so we can honor subsequent reservations.[opentable +1]
• Seating duration may be extended at our discretion when there is no upcoming reservation for your table.

• Guests are expected to treat our team and fellow diners with courtesy and respect. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is abusive, threatening, disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise compromises the comfort or safety of others. In such cases, any applicable cancellation or no‑show charges may still apply.

• Special requests and dietary requirements are subject to availability but we will do our best to accommodate them when advised in advance.

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation time: Full refund of deposit.  

- Cancellations or No Shows within 4 hours of reservation time:  100% charge on the Deposit.

- AER reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, offering full refunds, alternative dates, or vouchers with no guest fees.  

- All cancellations must be made via confirmation link, phone, WhatsApp, or email in your booking confirmation.
