LKF Concepts takes deposit on a per person basis for certain meals provided in our restaurants to secure your reservations.
An amount in HK dollar is taken per person, which is then applied to the final bill at the end of the meal.
Deposit payments are made via this website for each restaurant's applicable menus via a secure site as provided by Shopify or other booking platforms such as Bistrochat.
All deposits made to secure restaurant bookings are non-refundable; however, exceptions can be made depending on the type of meal deposit:

For customers who have made a deposit and have not adhered to the above Deposit & Reservation Cancellation Policy, the paid deposit amount will be forfeited.
All gift cards purchased are strictly non-refundable. Gift cards may have a validity of 1 month, or up to 6 months (Feel free to check the balance and the expiry date here).
