Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. 


To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please note the following:

• Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid any charges.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation will incur a charge of HKD 200 per person to the credit card provided.
• No-Show: Failure to attend without prior cancellation will also result in a HKD 200 per person charge.
