Terms & Conditions – Table Reservations
By making a reservation through Bistrochat, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Methods
The restaurant accepts the following forms of payment:

Cash (THB)
Visa
Mastercard
QR Code payments
The restaurant reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

2. Pets Policy
Quiet and well-behaved dogs are permitted at the discretion of restaurant management.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry or request the removal of any pet if, in the opinion of management, the pet:

Disrupts service operations
Affects the dining atmosphere
Causes inconvenience, discomfort, or safety concerns for other guests
Management’s decision shall be final.

3. Corkage Policy
Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages subject to the following corkage fees:

Wine: THB 500 per bottle
Spirits: THB 1,000 per bottle
The restaurant reserves the right to limit the type and quantity of alcohol brought onto the premises in accordance with Thai law.

4. Reservation Holding Time
Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time.
Failure to arrive within this period may result in the reservation being cancelled without prior notice, particularly during peak dining hours.

5. Number of Guests
Reservations are valid only for the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
Any changes to the number of guests are subject to table availability and may not be accommodated.

6. Special Requests
Special requests are noted but are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and operational considerations.

7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff and other patrons.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the premises in the event of disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.

8. Menu & Pricing
Menu items, availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the restaurant.

9. Right of Admission
The restaurant reserves the right of admission and the right to make final decisions on all matters relating to service, safety, comfort, and overall dining experience.
