What to know before dining with us

Reservation Duration:

Your table will be at your disposal for 2 hours. After that time, we will invite you to kindly free the table for the next guest, or continue your evening at the bar if you would like to spend more time with us.

Groups:

For groups of 6 or more, a THB 500 per person deposit is required. In case of a no-show, THB 500 per person will be charged. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Private Room:

For reservations in private room, a minimum spending of THB 40,000 is required.

Number of Guests:

To preserve the intimate atmosphere of Bisou, inspired by the heart of Paris, we kindly ask you to provide the exact number of guests attending at the time of booking. Our tables and seating arrangements are carefully planned according to the number of guests, and even a small change in party size can affect the table arrangement and overall flow of the restaurant. We therefore kindly ask that reservations are made for the actual number of guests expected to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Guarantee:

As we have limited seating and carefully arrange each table according to the number of guests, we kindly collect your credit card details to secure your reservation. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
