Dear guests,

Kindly note that the restaurant has two services on lunch and dinner:
• Lunch: 12pm or 2pm
• Dinner: 6pm or 8pm

Please be aware that on the 14th of February a minimum spend of $800 per person will be required.

Thanks for your kind understanding. Please note that for reservations at 6pm or 6:30pm, we will need the table to be returned by 8pm. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Hello, thank you for your interest in making a booking at Bouillon. Please note that we require a deposit in order to secure reservations. Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit.
Please make the payment within 24 hours using the paylink provided in this message, otherwise your booking will be released.
Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, Bouillon reserves the right to keep the deposit in full.
For dinner bookings taking place on December 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th & 31st as well as on January 1st, please note there is a minimum spend of 800 HKD per person.
