Cancellation Policy

Group & Corporate Reservation Deposit Policy


To confirm your group or corporate reservation, a deposit is required to secure your booking.

Please note the following:

The deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and will be applied according to your booking agreement.
If your reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline, or if your group does not arrive (no show), the deposit will be non-refundable.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept this deposit and cancellation policy.
