Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

All pre-paid orders placed through our website are considered non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

We know plans can change so if you need to cancel let us know. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation will incur a $300/person cancellation fee. Any agreed minimum spend is non-transferable.

Decorations are not permitted : balloons, streamers and party props will be politely refused by Management.

If you have any special request for the preparation of your bill please let us know in advance - please note, a maximum of 4 cards can be used to settle the bill and we are unable to offer split bills.
