Please review the following terms and conditions regarding your reservation confirmation:

- Special Requests: please note that they are subject to availability hence will do our best to fulfil your request/s.
- Booking Hold Time: Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you anticipate any delays, kindly inform us in advance, and we will do our best to hold your reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Credit Card details may be required for bookings from 6 guests and above but won't be charged until cancelled.
- Cancellation must be made 24 hours before booking to avoid a no-show fee of $5 per guest on weekdays and $10 per guest on weekends, PH, or any other special holidays.
