What to know before dining with us
### 1）Age Policy
To ensure a serene and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, CITRINO welcomes guests aged 10 and above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preserving our dining atmosphere.
### 2）Corkage Policy
Each booking may bring a maximum of 3 different wine labels / vintages. Our corkage charges are listed below:
- Wine (750ml): HK$500 per bottle, plus 10% service charge
- Spirits (700ml) / Chinese Baijiu (500ml): HK$1,000 per bottle, plus 10% service charge
- Magnum (1.5L): HK$1,200 per bottle, plus 10% service charge
Please notify us at least one day in advance if you intend to bring your own wine.
### 3）Cake Handling Charge
Guests may bring their own celebration cakes. A cake handling charge of HK$300 applies per cake.
### 4）Dress Code
Our dress code is Smart Casual. To maintain the restaurant’s elegant ambiance, gentlemen are kindly requested not to wear singlets, sandals or slippers.
### 5）Cancellation Policy
Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Late cancellation or no-show may result in a cancellation fee.
### 6）Reservation & Punctuality Policy
Your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reserved time. We appreciate your punctuality to enjoy the best dining experience.
Please advise us in advance of any food allergies so we can make suitable arrangements.
### 7）Mobile Phone Usage
To maintain a tranquil dining environment, we kindly ask guests to keep mobile phone usage to a minimum.

### 5）取消政策
如需取消預訂，請最少提前 24 小時通知本店。延遲取消或預訂後缺席，可能會收取取消費用。
### 6）預訂及準時守則
座位只會保留至預訂時間後**15 分鐘**，敬請準時到場，確保用餐體驗。
如閣下有食物過敏，請提前告知，以便我們作出合適安排。
### 7）手機使用守則
為維持寧靜的用餐環境，敬請客人盡量減少使用手機。
Cancellation Policy
## （English）
**CITRINO — Reservation & Cancellation Policy**
To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card guarantee is required within 24 hours upon booking. For parties of 6 guests or more, a deposit will be charged. Reservations that fail to complete this requirement within the 24-hour deadline will be cancelled without prior notice.
Thank you for choosing CITRINO. We strive to deliver an outstanding dining experience for all guests. To maintain smooth restaurant operation and serve all customers fairly, please read our reservation & cancellation terms below:
**1. Reservation Confirmation**
All bookings require a valid credit card guarantee. For bookings of 6 guests or above, the deposit will be charged to your registered credit card. No other charges will be deducted unless you breach the cancellation terms.
**2. Cancellation Notice Period**
- Standard bookings: cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Special Events & Private Dining (6 guests or above): cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
**3. Cancellation & No-show Charge**
- Cancellations made within the required notice period incur a charge of HKD 500 per person.
- A no-show (failing to arrive without prior notice) also incurs a charge of HKD 500 per person.
**4. Deposit & Refund**
Deposit for parties of 6 guests or above is non-refundable if the guest cancels within the required notice period, fails to show up, or amends the booking. For genuine, unforeseen emergencies, guests may contact us for discretionary review, and the restaurant reserves the final decision.
**5. Reservation Modification**
Any changes to booking details (date, time, guest count) must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Amendments made within the notice period may incur charges.
If you wish to adjust your booking date or number of guests, please contact us in advance. We will make adjustments subject to availability, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
**6. Special Circumstances**
In case of emergencies or unforeseen events (e.g. illness, natural disaster), please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist you.
**7. Other Terms**
If you fail to arrive by your reserved time without prior notification, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

6 位或以上預訂所繳付之訂金，如客人於規定通知時限內取消預訂、沒有到場或更改預訂，訂金將不予退還。如遇真正緊急及不可預見之特殊情況，客人可聯絡我們申請酌情處理，本餐廳保留最終決定權。
**五、修改預訂**
更改預訂資料（日期、時間、人數）須最少提前 24 小時通知；於通知時限內之修改可能收取費用。
如更改預訂日期或人數，請提前聯絡我們，按實際情況安排調整，但訂金不會退還。
**六、特殊情況**
如遇緊急或突發狀況（例如患病、天災），請盡快聯絡我們，我們會盡力協助。
**七、其他條款**
若未有預先通知而沒有於預訂時間到達，預訂將自動作廢，已繳訂金不予退還。
