What to know before dining with us
1）Age Policy
To ensure a serene and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, CITRINO welcomes guests who are 10 years old and above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere.
2）Corkage Policy
Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of 3 labels/vintages of wines per booking. Corkage fees are as follows:
HK$500 + 10% service charge per bottle of wine (750ml).
HK$1,000 + 10% service charge per bottle of spirits (700ml) or per Chinese white wine (500ml).
HK$1,200 + 10% service charge per magnum size bottle (1.5L).
Please inform us at least one day in advance if you plan to bring your own wine.
3）Cakery Charge
Guests are welcome to bring their own cakes. A cakery charge of HK$300 per cake will apply.
4）Dress Code
Our dress code is "Smart Casual." We kindly request gentlemen to avoid wearing vests, sandals, and slippers to maintain the elegant ambiance of our restaurant.
5）Cancellation Policy
We request guests to inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
6）Reservation Policy
Reservations will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes past the reserved time. We kindly ask you to notify us of any food-related allergies in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
7）Punctuality
Punctuality is appreciated to ensure the best dining experience. Please arrive on time for your reservation as we can only hold tables for 10 minutes.
8）Mobile Phone Usage
To maintain a peaceful dining atmosphere, we request that mobile phone usage is kept to a minimum

2)開瓶費
客人每次預訂最多可攜帶 3 種標籤/年份的葡萄酒。開瓶費如下：
每瓶葡萄酒（750毫升）港幣500元+10%服務費。

3)切餅費
歡迎客人攜帶自己的蛋糕。每個蛋糕需支付 300 元港幣的蛋糕製作費。
4）著裝要求
我們的著裝要求是「時尚休閒」。懇請男士避免穿著背心、涼鞋和拖鞋，以保持餐廳優雅的氛圍。
5）取消政策
如果取消預訂，我們要求客人至少提前 24 小時通知我們。延遲取消或缺席可能會產生取消費。
6）預訂政策
預訂將在預訂時間過後最多保留 10 分鐘。我們懇請您提前通知我們任何與食物相關的過敏，以確保我們能夠滿足您的需求。
7）準時
我們重視準時，確保最佳的用餐體驗。請準時抵達預訂，因為我們只能保留餐桌 10 分鐘。

為了保持安靜的用餐氛圍，我們要求盡量減少使用手機
Cancellation Policy
To confirm all bookings we only require a credit card guarantee <up to 6ppl need to pay deposit >within 24 hours of booking. Beyond this deadline, bookings will be canceled without notice.
### Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing CITRINO. We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience to all our guests. To ensure smooth operations and meet the needs of all customers, we have the following cancellation policy:
#### 1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card guarantee. The card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
#### 2. Cancellation Notice
- Standard bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
- Special Events/Private Dining: Reservations for *[6PAX] or more guests must be canceled at least *48 hours in advance.
#### 3. Cancellation Fee
- If a booking is canceled within the notice period, a fee of HKD$500 per person will be charged to the credit card on record.
- For no-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice), a fee of HKD$500 per person will be charged.
#### 4. Refund Policy
- Deposits paid for special events or private dining will not be refunded if canceled within the specified notice period.
#### 5. Modify
- Changes to your booking (date, time, number of guests) must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications made during the notice period may incur a fee.
#### 6. Special circumstances
- In the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation (e.g. illness, natural disaster), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
#### 7 Deposit is non-refundable
• Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable, whether due to cancellation, failure to arrive as scheduled, or other reasons.
#### 8 Change booking
• If you need to change the booking date or number of people, please contact us in advance and we will make adjustments according to the situation, but the deposit will not be refunded.
#### 9. Other Terms
• If you fail to arrive within the reservation time without notifying us in advance, we will automatically cancel the reservation and the deposit will not be refunded.

#### 7 訂金不予退還
• 一旦支付訂金，該訂金將不予退還，無論是因為取消預訂、未能如期到達，或其他原因。
