The operating hours of our food and beverage operations are as follows:

Saturday – Sunday & Public Holiday: 15:00 – 23:00

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made 3 days before the booking date for a full deposit refund. Please note that the restaurant reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HKD 200 per person in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. The penalty fee will be applicable for no-shows or late cancellations of bookings on specified dates as designated by Hotel COZi (Period of Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made 3 days prior to the booking date. In addition, all paid reservations are non-refundable, but customers can postpone their booking date to enjoy the purchased bookings. Please note that the restaurant reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HKD 200 in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. The penalty fee will be applicable for no-shows or late cancellations of bookings on specified dates as designated by Hotel COZi (Period of Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day).
