What to know before dining with us
DIETARY RESTRICTION
To provide you with the best experience,we kindly request that any dietary requirements or allergies be communicated at least 24 hours in advance by noting them during your reservation. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit. Please note that we are unable to accommodate vegan menus.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any adjustment or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee of $300 per person for lunch or $500 per person for dinner, plus a 5% handling charge. This policy helps us ensure proper preparation and manage operational costs. We appreciate your understanding.
DRESS CODE
We kindly ask our guests to dress in smart casual attire. Please avoid athletic wear,
flip-flops, and overly casual clothing
DINING WITH KIDS
We warmly welcome young guests aged 10 and above, provided they join us in dining from our regular menu. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to accommodate small children or babies, as we do not have child-friendly facilities, and we strive to maintain a comfortable dining experience for all our guests.
CORKAGE & CAKE FEE
You are welcome to bring your own bottle to our restaurant. Our corkage fee is HK$ 300 per standard-sized bottle (750mL) and HK$ 600 per magnum-sized bottle (1500mL). Alternatively, should you purchase one standard-sized bottle from us, we are more than happy to waive the corkage fee for one standard-sized bottle. You are also welcome to bring or have your cake delivered to our venue. Please note that a cutting fee of HK $28 per person will apply.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that your table will only be held for 15 minutes after the original booking time. Our last order time is 14:00 for lunch and 21:00 for dinner.
All bookings require a Credit Card Guarantee be secured. A payment link has been sent to your email address and we kindly ask to submit the Credit Card Guarantee within 6 hours to avoid the booking to be released without prior notice.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation made within 24 hours of the original reservation time, a cancellation fee at $300 per person for lunch or $500 per person for dinner plus a 5% system handling fee will be charged. We do apologize if the cancellation fee applies to your booking. Please understand that DONOVAN restaurant strictly rely on the reservation for the day before preparation.
