Cancellation Policy

Duomo requires a credit card guarantee (CCG) of $20 per diner for all lunch and dinner reservations of 8pax and above. This CCG is only an Authorization on hold, no charge will be made to your card.

NO SHOW POLICY
A table is deemed to have “no-showed” if you are more than 15 minutes late for the reservation and have made no contact with Duomo. A no show fee of $20

per diner will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. We will send an email notification of any charge made.

Cancellation Policy: Kindly note that cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time for a 100% refund of the credit card authorisation hold amount.
