What to know before dining with us
1. Holding Time & Grace Period
Tables are held for 15 minutes from Earwormservation time. If you’re running a little late, give us a heads-up! Beyond 15 minutes, your table may be released to guests on our waitlist.
2. Minimum Drink Order
To keep the taps flowing and the vibes right, we kindly ask for a minimum order of at least one drink per guest (alcoholic or non-alcoholic/zero-proof).
3. Seating Duration
To ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the space, all reservations have a 2-hour seating duration. If you'd like to extend your time with us for drinks or the weekend boogie, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability!
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a credit card guarantee for bookings.
Life happens! You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will incur a $10 per person charge.
5. Table Allocations & Requests
Earworm is a fluid space made up of three distinct zones (our corner frontage, main space, and cosy communal nook). While we do our best to honor seating preferences, specific table requests are subject to availability and overall floor flow.
7. Large Groups (11+ Guests)
For groups of 11 or more, minimum spend or a book out is required. Reach out to us directly at hello@earworm.sg or +65 88918808 so we can host your crew smoothly.
8. Outside Food & Drinks
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Celebrating at Earworm? You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake!
9. Age Policy & Dress Code
Vibe & Attire: Come as you are! We lean into the warmth of a neighbourhood pub. Smart casual is preferred, we just ask that you leave the beachwear, flip-flops, and singlets at home.
Age Limit: Minors are welcome during early dining hours when accompanied by an adult. From 9:00 PM onwards (when our live acts and DJs take over), Earworm is an 18+ only venue.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time.
For reservations requiring a credit card guarantee or deposit, cancellations made within 24hrs of the reservation, reductions in party size, or no-shows may incur a charge of S$10 per guest / forfeiture of the deposit.
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
