What to know before dining with us

We are super excited to host you and to create special memories for you! Please have a quick look at our reservation policies below.

Guests under the age of 20 are not permitted on the restaurant premises after 9:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, we have seating time limits. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Reservation Party Size & Late Arrivals
If the party size is less than the actual booking without prior notice, or if there is a late arrival of more than 20 minutes, the restaurant reserves the right to relocate your group to another available table suitable for your party size, place your group on our priority waiting list, or cancel the reservation.

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior.

We require THB 1,200 minimum spend per person for reservations of 7 pax or above (Friday and Saturday evenings).

Birthday Celebrations
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be sending a cake, along with the name and date of the booking.
We allow 1 cake per table at no charge. Any additional cakes will incur a cakage fee of 500 THB per cake due to many celebrations every night.
- Glitter cakes and balloons are not allowed on the restaurant premises.

Corkage Charge
- Wine & Sake (720ml or similar) – THB 1,000 per bottle
- Magnum Wine & Sake (1.8L) – THB 2,000 per bottle
- Spirits – THB 2,000 per bottle

Bottles that are available on our beverage menu are not permitted to be brought into the venue.

All requests will be accommodated to the best extent possible; however, fulfillment is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability.

Extended dining time 

In the event your group wishes to extend the duration of your reservation to enjoy a longer FATBOY experience, please leave a message on your booking or contact us directly and we will try to accommodate as best we can.

Parking

Park Lane Ekkamai, with parking fees applied, or alternatively we provide valet service for 100 Thai Baht.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding reservations with deposits, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit Policy and Reservation Change: Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, we can hold your deposit for up to 30 days, allowing you to reschedule your reservation. To make any changes, please contact us directly via LINE Official: @fatboyizakaya.
