Reservation Policy at Flat Iron Deluxe

Reservation Time:

- Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner periods.

- The dine-in duration is limited to 90 minutes for lunch

120 minutes for dinner.

Punctuality:

- Guests are required to arrive on time.

- If your arrival is later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to release the table and make it available for other guests.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Failure to cancel on time may result in a fee or loss of priority for future reservations.

Final Decision:

- Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding seating, timing, and any adjustments to the reservation as needed.
