Our elevator is located outside Holland Village MRT Station EXIT C.
Please use the lift between the UOB Bank and the money changer and head up to level 4.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Please come on time for your reservation. The table will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time, after which they will be released. If you're running late or plans change, please let us know — we'd greatly appreciate it.
A friendly heads up that if your table is commited to a second seating, dining time is set at 1 hour 30 minutes so everyone gets to enjoy the Frankie and Fern's experience.
Please note that we charge a corkage of $30 for bringing your own cake. Our corkage fees are $30/bottle or complimentary with a wine order from us.
In consideration of other patrons, any decor should be limited to a couple of balloons, and party entertainers are not allowed.
While we are committed to providing you with the best experience, we kindly ask for understanding that requests are subject to availability and arrangements for alternative timings or party sizes may not be accommodated.
