At FRITES, we're all about good times and hearty meals. To keep the vibe buzzing, we've set a dining time limit: 1.5 hours for lunch (Mon-Fri) and Happy Hours, and 2 hours for dinner and public holidays/weekend brunch. Don't worry, we'll make sure your belly and heart are both happy within that timeframe! And if plans change, just give us a heads up - we can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes.
To receive a deposit refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the booking. No refunds will be given to cancelled booking that do not give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice or customers who do not show up. For bookings with credit card guarantee, we will charge HKD100 per person for any late cancellations or no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
