What to know before dining with us

At FRITES, good times and hearty meals await. Our main dining room features communal seating; groups of two may be seated with others. 

Dining time: 1.5 hours for lunch, 2 hours for dinner. This ensures a seamless experience for all guests, especially during busy periods, but is relaxed when quieter. We’ll ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable visit. 

If plans change, please let us know. Reservations are held 15 minutes and may be released without notice.






Cancellation Policy

To receive a deposit refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the booking. No refunds will be given to cancelled booking that do not give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice or customers who do not show up. For bookings with credit card guarantee, we will charge HKD100 per person for any late cancellations or no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
