Gaku Teppanyaki Booking & Reservation Policy
At Gaku Teppanyaki, every seat is a stage for a meticulously choreographed dining experience. To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of our teppanyaki journey, we kindly request all guests to review the following reservation terms:

1. Advance Booking Only
We welcome guests by reservation only . Walk-ins are not accepted. This ensures our chefs and service team can fully prepare to deliver a seamless, luxurious experience for each party.

2. Menu Selection (Per Booking)
For each reservation, the same menu must be selected for all guests  in advance. This allows us to execute the meal with precision and timing, true to Gaku Teppanyaki's 90-minute performance rhythm.

3. Seating Time & Punctuality
All guests must be fully seated before the dining experience begins . We kindly ask that all members of your party arrive on time.
• A grace period of 10 minutes  is provided.
• After 10 minutes, the chef will begin the experience without the missing guest(s) to
maintain the flow of service.
• Late arrivals may miss courses and no adjustments or refunds will be made .

4. Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit  is required to confirm all bookings. Your reservation is only secured upon
successful deposit.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Full refund : Cancellations made 72 hours or more  before the booking time.
• 70% refund : Cancellations made 49–71 hours  before.
• No refund : Cancellations made within 48 hours  of the scheduled time.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit .

6. Children & Admission Policy
Gaku Teppanyaki is designed for adults seeking a refined dining experience. We regret we cannot accommodate children under 12 .

7. Dress Code
Smart elegant attire is required. Gentlemen: long pants and closed shoes. No beachwear, tank tops, or flip-flops.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if dress code standards are not met.

8. Private Events & VIP Room Bookings
Our VIP Room and entire venue are available for private events with a minimum F&B charge  for a 4-hour booking. Please contact our host team for details.

What to know before dining with us


At GAKU, each seat is an integral part of a meticulously orchestrated culinary performance. To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the teppanyaki experience, we kindly ask guests to observe the following policies:

1. Advance Reservations

Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-in availability is subject to the restaurant’s current capacity.

2. Menu Selection (Per Reservation)

All guests at the same table are required to select one identical set menu in advance. This ensures seamless pacing and precise execution within GAKU’s standard 90-minute performance.

3. Punctuality

To ensure the full experience, guests are kindly requested to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be extended.

Arrivals beyond this time may result in the experience proceeding as scheduled, and certain courses may no longer be available. Missed courses are not subject to modification or refund.

4. Deposit Requirement

A deposit of 3,000,000 VND per guest is required to secure the reservation. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

+ 100% refund: Cancellation ≥ 72 hours prior to dining time

+ 70% refund: Cancellation 49–71 hours prior

+ No refund: Cancellation within ≤ 48 hours

+ No-show: 100% deposit retained

6. Guest Eligibility

Gaku is designed as a refined dining space for adults, with menus and experiences curated specifically for mature guests. Therefore, children under 12 years of age are not accommodated.

7. Dress Code

Required: Smart, elegant attire

Gentlemen: Long trousers and closed-toe shoes

Not permitted: beachwear, sleeveless tops, flip-flops.

Gaku reserves the right to decline service to guests who do not meet the dress code requirements.7
