Thank you for making a reservation with us. To secure your booking, please pay the deposit within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation without notice.
Please be aware of the following:
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know 24 hours in advance, if not we will forfeit your deposit.
If you show up with more than 2 guests fewer than you reserved for, we will forfeit the deposit for each extra guest absent.
In special circumstances (such as typhoon signal no. 8 or above or bad weather), you can reschedule your reservation once, but it has to be within 30 days from the original date.
To reschedule your reservation, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance. You can reschedule once, but the new date must be within 30 days from the original one.
We will deduct your deposit from your bill.
How to cancel:
If you have paid the deposit but are unable to attend, please call us 24 hours in advance. We will refund your deposit in full within three to four weeks.
