Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a valid credit card number and expiration date to be provided within 24 hours of booking. All credit card information will be securely stored and used solely for reservation purposes until the date of your booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

A fee of 1,000 THB per person will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of:

A no-show (failure to attend the reservation without prior notice).

Late cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

Reservation Holding Policy

Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled booking time. If we are not informed of a delay, the reservation will be considered a no-show and may be released.
