Credit Card Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at Honjo Restaurant. Your card details are held securely and will only be charged if a cancellation fee or no-show fee applies under the terms below.
Cancellation and No-Show Fees
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation: No charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation: A fee of $100hkd per person may be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.
• No-shows: A fee of $300hkd per person may be charged.
• Late arrivals: We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reservation time. After this period, the reservation may be considered a no-show and the applicable fee may be charged.
• Changes to party size: Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes. Significant reductions in party size may be subject to the cancellation policy.
For larger parties, private dining reservations, special events, and set-menu bookings, different cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
By providing your credit card details, you authorize Honjo Restaurant to charge the card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. If your card cannot be authorized, we may be unable to hold your reservation.
Please contact Honjo Restaurant directly if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. We appreciate your consideration, as advance notice allows us to offer the table to other guests.
