House of Culture is a space for multicultural diversity which aims invoke rich conversations and explore contemporary depths through an interactive dining experience, we are so looking forward to having you share this space with us and hope you feel the same . In order for everyone to equally enjoy our home we do have a few house rules and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

An Email Address must be provided upon making booking at The House of Culture, as this link will be provided on booking confirmation e-mails.
It is a requirment if the chaos menu is ordered, all guests seated at the table must participate. E.g. if your a table of 3 pax , all guests must order the choas menu.
We are haopy yot adjust according to diestaries and allergies ut please do let us know 48 hrs prior or else we may not be able to accomodate. Pre-ordering of the chaos menu is highly recommened as we have limited portions per night.
If your complete table are more than 15mins late for your reservation we will no longer allow you to order the chaos menu and only the alacarte menu will be offered.
We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your booked time; otherwise, we may have to offer your table to guests on our waitlist.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team, and although we will do everything, we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we are not able to guarantee this on the actual day itself.
We offer reservations a 2hr dining duration.
Please Contact us if you would like to stay at our table for longer than 2 hours, and if we do have space, we will do our best to accommodate you.
BYOB terms and conditions:
Monday to Wednesday we offer BYOB with no corkage fee with a max of one bottle for every TWO persons either a wine , champagne or sake . Sorry No spirits allowed.
Thursday to Saturday we have a buy one get one free offer where if you purchase one bottle of wine or sake from us we will allow one free corkage or else it will be $250 per bottle as a corkage fee.
Cancellation Policy:
For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
If you or any of your guests fail to attend the reservation without any prior notice 24hrs before the reservation (inc covid ), we will unfortunately charge $200HKD per person to the credit card provided upon booking confirmation.
We are sorry to inform that cancellation charges and deposits have been necessary, it is for us to avoid “No -shows” resulting in empty tables we could have made available for our waitlist customers.
Table Allocation:
Due to restaurant configuration, we are only able to accommodate up to six people for group bookings. If you require a larger reservation, please call or email the team directly about the dining options.
Food Safety and Allergens:
For allergies or dietary requirements, we will need 24 hours' notice; if you fail to do so, we may not be able to accommodate on the night itself.
Cake Fee:
Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee we can store your cake in our fridge due to limited fridge space. A cake fee of $250 will be charged. For special occasions we are happy to provide a candle and chcoclate writing.
The reasons we have implemented this policy are (i) that we are often unable to find a place to store the cake in a fridge, (ii) the service of food not on the menu can impact our quality of service to the customer who bought the cake and customers on other tables, especially if were not made aware in advance(iii) in the event of an alleged food poisoning or serious allergic reaction of one of our guests, we would be unable to trace the source in accordance with our Food Safety Procedures.
We cater most dietary requirements, and have a strict policy in place for customers with food allergies. Please let us know of any allergies before you place your order at The House of Culture, and check our menu before choosing your dish. This will ensure that we are able to follow our food allergy policy, and take all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
We are happy to respond to any specific requests, for further information regarding allergens in our kitchens prior to your visit. All our Managers, Wait Staffs, Chefs and Kitchen staffs are fully trained to our allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.
