Dear guests,

• Your table will be reserved for 90min, after which time we respectfully ask that your table is returned to accommodate other guests.
• Corkage: 400HKD/bottle. The corkage fee will be waived if you purchase a bottle of 500HKD or more.

Please note that our breakfast and lunch are walk-ins only.

Cancellation Policy

Interval requires a deposit of 100 HKD per guest in order to secure reservations for 9 or more guests.

Should the guest cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, Interval reserves the right to keep the deposit in full.
Please contact Interval directly regarding refund requests.
