The credit card guarantee serves as a form of security and is not charged directly. If the guest attends on the reservation date, the deposit amount will not be deducted. Please let us know if you need to cancel as any cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation time, no-show or late 20 minutes or more will result in a full charge equivalent to the total amount guaranteed for this booking. The COVID-19 pandemic cannot be used as a reason for waiving administrative fees; thank you for your understanding.

Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, Jan Jan Kushikatsu reserves the right to keep the deposit in full.
