What to know before dining with us

Cancellation Policy

A credit card guarantee of $200 per person is required to confirm the booking.

Please kindly fill in the credit card details to secure the booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, Jimmy’s Kitchen reserves the right to keep the downpayment in full.

Cancellation from Jimmy’s Kitchen:

The guest agrees that no compensation whatsoever from the Host shall be paid or provided when the Venue is closed due to:

An occurrence of any act of God, riots or any incidents beyond the reasonable control of the Host;

* A situation where safety of the Host's staff is an issue.

Typhoon and Black Rain Signal:

In the event that the Black Rain Signal, Typhoon No. 8 or a higher typhoon signal warning is hoisted on the day of the event, it is understood that:

If the said signal or warning is removed 4 hours before the event, the event shall be held as previously planned and confirmed.

If the said signal or warning remains in effect within 4 hours of the event, the guest will

be refunded within the next 7 working days.
