What to know before dining with us
Points to Note:
Please note that KABOOM will make seat arrangements in the order of date and time the reservation is created by the guest.
Requests will be fulfilled on best effort basis but this may not be 100% guaranteed.
Reserved table will be held for 10 minutes only from the time of the reservation. Customers who do not arrive timely will be deemed as no-show.
Dining time is 120 minutes.
We will not accept repeated reservations on the same day to extend the dining time over 120 minutes unless the customer agrees to accept an additional minimum charge set by us.

Deposits for Large Groups
In consideration of severe no-show rate, a deposit of HK$250 per guest is required for reservations of 8 guests or above to confirm the reservation. Deposit refund request must be made one clear days prior to the reservation date, otherwise the paid deposit will not be refunded in part or in full. The deposit paid for the guests who are absent on the day of reservation will not be refunded on pro-rata basis and the same paid deposit must not be used for consumption credit.

Minimum Charge (For Tea and Late Night Session)
Minimum charge of HK$100 per guest (before the 10% service charge) is required for reservations made for tea session or late night session (10pm or later).
Others
Outdoor area is a smoking area (however, no cigar is allowed).
If additional cleaning is required due to guest vomiting, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $500.
For guests that wish to bring in their own cake for eating-in, please note there is an additional charge of HKD$150 per cake.
Corkage
For guests that wish to bring their own beverage, please note that there is an additional charge of HK$400 per bottle.

**Terms and Conditions for Reservations on 14 February, 24-26 & 31 December**
Only set menus will be served and only free flow package will be offered during countdown session on 31 December and customers are required to pay upfront before seated.
Reservations made are only table reservation applications until steps 3-4 are completed
•After Kaboom receives the reservation application, a deposit payment link will be sent via e-mail for reservation deposit (24-26 December – lunch reservation deposit of HK$100 per person or dinner reservation deposit of HK$350 per person; 31 December – dinner reservation deposit of HK$350 per person or countdown session of HK$888 per person) (14 February dinner reservation deposit HK$350 per person)
Please settle the deposit payment within 24 hours after the e-mail is sent, otherwise the reservation application will be invalid and will be cancelled automatically
Cancellation request must be made 14 clear days prior to the booking date for a full deposit refund
Guests who are late on the day will not be compensated with dining time (if applicable)
Disclaimer: For customers who requested for outdoor area, you understand that on forecasted rainy days, there will be a temporary cover set up on outdoor area and the views will be partially obstructed. Any request to move to indoor seats will not be allowed and deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request for bookings made with deposit must be made 1 clear days or 14 clear days for festive bookings prior to the booking date for a full deposit refund.
Deposit for large group (8 pax or more) - $250 per head
Deposit for festive dinner booking on 14 Feb, 24-26 Dec and 31 Dec - $350 per head
Deposit for count down session on 31 Dec - $888 per head
Deposit for festive lunch booking on 24-26 Dec - $100 per head
Guests who did not show up on the day, the deposit paid will not be refunded or be used as future credits.
We will charge a penalty fee equivalent to the total deposit amount required to secure the booking in the event of a no-show or short-notice cancellation.
