Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, any cancellation 48 hours prior to the booking date will be refunded minus 10% handling charge from the financial service provider. 

Any cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date will be refunded 50%. 

Within 24 hours or a no-show will result in the deposit being forfeited in full.
