Millenium Seafeast Lunch Buffet
Starting from September, Le Café is collaborating with Aqua Millenium, a local pioneer in sustainable aquaculture for accredited lobster and marine fish that are also popular among Michelin-starred chefs and luxury hotels. Flavour meets freshness in this seafood-centric buffet as our chefs serve up signatures from Shanghainese Smoked Pomfret, Thai Style Steamed Grey Mullet with Minced Pork, and Braised Seabass with Pork Belly and Beancurd.
Each table will be offered one serving of Simmered Sichuan Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetables and Chili during the lunch buffet.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will also be a free cookie-making activity for kids during lunch hours. Let's enjoy a fun-filled family time!
