Starting from September, Le Café is collaborating with Aqua Millenium, a local pioneer in sustainable aquaculture for accredited lobster and marine fish that are also popular among Michelin-starred chefs and luxury hotels. Flavour meets freshness in this seafood-centric buffet as our chefs serve up signatures from Shanghainese Smoked Pomfret, Thai Style Steamed Grey Mullet with Minced Pork, and Braised Seabass with Pork Belly and Beancurd.
由9月起,Le Café咖啡廳與本地海產養殖專家「仟國水產」合作,使用可持續海鮮炮製限定菜單。「仟國水產」專門養殖龍蝦及海水魚類,獲多項國際認證,深受米芝蓮星級餐廳及五星級酒店歡迎。這次海鮮主題自助餐主打鮮魚料理,以各種烹飪方式呈現優良口感及風味,主廚推薦包括蘇式燻䱽魚、泰式肉碎蒸烏頭及豆腐火腩炆鱸魚件。
Each table will be offered one serving of Simmered Sichuan Fish Fillet with Pickled Vegetables and Chili during the lunch buffet.
