LucAle Booking Policy
Busy times or tables of 5+: HKD 200 deposit per head or card guarantee required. 
Minimum spend: HKD 500 per head.
For groups larger than 6 or private event inquiries, please contact us directly.
To accommodate all guests, we enforce a 90-minute seating limit during peak hours. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellations
48+ hrs before → refundable/transferable.
Within 48 hrs or no‑show → deposit/card charged.
Payment: PayMe, HSBC (121‑896070‑838 Fab4 Ltd), FPS (info@lucalehk.com).

Corkage Policy
• Bring one bottle, buy one from LucAle – your corkage fee is waived.
• Standard corkage: HKD 350 per bottle.

Limits:
– Table of 2: 1 bottle
– Table of 4: 2 bottles
– Table of 5+: 3 bottles

Cake Fee
Bringing your own cake: HKD 150 per cake.

What to know before dining with us

Booking Confirmation


All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon acceptance by LucAle.
For tables of five (5) guests or more, or during peak hours, a deposit of HKD 200 per person or a valid credit card guarantee is required to secure the booking.
Reservations without a deposit or guarantee may be released 15 minutes past the reserved time.

To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we operate on a 90-minute seating limit during peak hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
