A few words from us

Stimato Cliente, thank you for choosing to dine with us at The Hari Hong Kong!

If there is anything we can prepare prior to or during your visit to make your dining experience even more enjoyable; or if you wish to reschedule or alas cancel, kindly contact us and we will try our best to acommodate, subject to confirmation. 

The table will be held for 15 minutes from your initial reservation time. If you are running late, please give us a call at +852 2129 0333. We will do our best to accommodate you at the next available table, but may need to offer an abbreviated dining experience in order to honour the subsequent reservations of the table.
Kindly be informed that our standard dining duration is 2 hours from your reservation time. 

Please be informed that we have a dress code of smart casual in the restaurant. For gentlemen, please refrain from wearing shorts, vest, sandals or slippers. 

Corkage for a standard bottle of wine, Champagne and sake is HK$450 per bottle and cake cutting fee is HK$250 per cake, subject to 10% service charge.

Kindly confirm your arrival with the system generated email one day before your reservation.

If there is anything we can prepare prior to or during your visit to make your dining experience even more enjoyable; or if you wish to reschedule or alas cancel, kindly contact us and we will be glad to accommodate your request.

取消政策

To secure your reservation, we require a pre-payment deposit. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. A non-refundable deposit $400 per person is required to confirm and secure your booking.
2. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day you dine in. 
3. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
4. Cancellations, no-show or failure to arrive: The deposit will be forfeited.
5. Please be advised that your table is reserved for you at the specified time. As we operate with tight booking schedules on thses special days, a grace period of 15 minutes will be held. Arrivals beyond this grace period may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

By proceeding with the deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
