To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, Massilia applies the following reservation terms.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
For reservations of more than 8 guests, please contact us directly, in this case, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Deposits are non‑refundable in the case of no‑show or late cancellation.
When guests dine as reserved, the deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
CANCELLATION & NO‑SHOW POLICY
Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes after the confirmed reservation time, after this period, the table may be released to waiting guests.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the restaurant at least 8 hours in advance for any cancellation or change.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the reservation time, late arrivals, or no‑shows will be treated as no‑show reservations, and the deposit will be forfeited.
GENERAL NOTES
Special requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability.
Management reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements to ensure optimal service flow.
