Once payment is made, we kindly ask that you send us a screenshot of the transaction.
Please allow up to 24 hours for our accounting team to validate the transfer. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is fully secured.

SEATING POLICY
Your table will be yours to enjoy for 2 hours.
🤝For parties of 1 or 2 guests, seating may be arranged at a shared table, placing you at the heart of the Metiz dining room. A more private setting may be requested at the time of booking and subject to availability.
📌For group size changes, we’d appreciate if you could let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation date so we can adjust accordingly.
🕰️We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. We do understand that certain traffic conditions may unexpectedly arise, we are grateful for the consideration of timely notice. Guests who arrive beyond the grace period without notice will be considered as No-shows and their deposit will be forfeited or credit card guarantee charged.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
📌Rescheduling reservation is allowed once without extra charge as long as there is a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance of your original booking.
📌No shows and/or late-cancellation within 48 hours or failure to arrive will incur a charge of ₱2,500 per person.
A GENTLE NOTES. . .
🍴Given the careful preparation of our dishes. We are unable to accommodate yet strict dietary restrictions. *We are unable to offer vegan, gluten free, no dairy, no egg menus at this time.*
🍷Should you wish to bring a bottle of wine, corkage is at 1,500php. We can waive one corkage for every bottle you buy from our list.
👞We don’t have dress code, so feel free to dress in a way that you feel most comfortable in.
📍We are located at the Ground Floor, Building A, Karrivin Plaza. Parking is first-come-first-served. Please let the security know that you are headed to Metiz. You may also use the link for map reference.
