Cancellation Policy

MIXO requires a downpayment of 100 HKD per guest in order to secure reservations on Thurdays, Fridays and Saturdays (party of 3 and above).

Should the guest cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, MIXO reserves the right to keep the downpayment in full.
Please contact MIXO directly regarding refund requests.
