On some special days we require full payment of food menu + 10% for reservations on
- February 14th Dinner
- Any Fireworks Nights
- 24th & 25th December
- New Year's Eve
We anticipate to be fully booked on these nights and any cancellations must be made at least 7 working days prior to the booking.
If eligible for a refund, the restaurant will retain the 5% platform fee to cover credit card & admin fees.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
Please note: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows or cancellation of any staged fireworks, drone shows hosted by third parties.

For Fireworks nights booking please note that a special booking reminder will be issued by the restaurant so that you may access the habourfront area.
Please ensure given email address is valid in order to receive our information.
We encourage all our guests to arrive and leave the area via public transport.
Please arrive before 21.30pm for your bookings as late access cannot be guaranteed if the roads and walkway are congested within Tsim Sha Tsui area.
