Cancellation Policy

Festive Booking Policy

Full payment is required for reservations on December 24th, 25th, 31st December including 10% service charge.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund, which will incur a 3.8% platform fee.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

For New Year's Eve booking please note that a special booking reminder will be issued by the restaurant so that you may access the habourfront area.

We encourage all our guests to arrive and leave the area via public transport. Please arrive before 21.30pm for your bookings as late access cannot be guranteed if fully congested within Tsim Sha Tsui
