On some special days we require full payment of food menu + 10% for reservations on
- February 14th Dinner
- Any Fireworks Nights
- 24th & 25th December
- New Year's Eve
We anticipate to be fully booked on these nights and any cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the booking.
Please note: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows or cancellation of any staged fireworks, drone shows hosted by third parties and beyond our control.
If eligible for a refund, the restaurant will retain the 5% platform fee to cover credit card & admin fees.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days and will only be issued to relevant card and/or payment sources. Cash will not returned under any circumstance.
Fireworks & TST road closures special arrangements
For Fireworks nights booking please note that a special booking reminder will be issued by the restaurant so that you may access the habourfront area with the assistance of police at barrier entries.
Please ensure given email address is valid in order to receive our information.
We encourage all our guests to arrive and leave the area via public transport.
We advise all guests to arrive at least 120 mins prior to any performance/ display.
Please be informed the restaurant cannot guarantee access if crowds restrict entry into the Tsim Sha Tsui area.
In the event that you cannot access the area as there are too many crowds and you have attempted entry late we are unable to offer any refunds.
