What to know before dining with us
For Ngau Steak Club patrons
1. Ngau Steak Club serves Hip Cellar club member, Sea View Estate tenants and employees, and WineWorld Xplorer platform members. If you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you are confirming that you are either one or both of the above.
2. Ngau Steak Club offers 10% off the whole bill for both Hip Cellar club members, Sea View Estate tenants and employees and WineWorld Xplorer platform members. To find out more, simply whatsapp us on +852 5518 1412.
3. For bookings of 6 - 12 persons, we require a credit card guarantee of HK$100 pp. To cancel without penalty, please make sure you cancel no latter than 12 hours before your booking time.
4. For bookings of 13 persons or more, we require a credit card guarantee of HK$300pp. To cancel without penalty, please make sure you cancel no latter than 14 days before your booking date. If you cancel within a 14-day period till your booking, we reserve the right to charge HK$150pp cancellation fee. If you cancel within a 7-day period till your booking, we reserve the right to charge HK$300pp cancellation fee.
4. We offer Free Corkage for all wines. For spirits, the cap is 1 bottle per 10 persons. If you do wish to buy from us instead, you can buy from our sister business Hip Cellar.
For Hip Cellar storage members
1. Your WineSpot reservation will by default be arranged in our member lounge area, except when the member lounge is being booked out by private functions. In that case, we will allocate a table in the Main Dining Room area for you and your guests.
2. As Hip Cellar storage members, you are entitled to enjoy your own wines at our member lounge without the need to commit to any spendings.
3. No external food and drinks allowed. If you do wish to enjoy some food with your own wines, you may order from Ngau Steak Club's a la carte menu.
4. Please note that WineSpot is essentially a self-service arrangement. Hip Cellar will provide wine glasses, openers, decanters and ice buckets (upon request). Storage members may use these tools to enjoy their own bottles with their guests.
In case of disputes, Hip Cellar, Ngau Steak Club and WineWorld Xplorer reserves the right of final decision.
