Dear Guests,
  1. We require credit card guarantee for all our guests to confirm the booking, failure to do so cannot be guaranteed for a table.
  2. Set Lunch menu: MONDAY to FRIDAY (except Public Holidays) 11:30am-3:30pm (3:10pm last call)
  3. Ala carte Menu: Daily 5:30pm-10:30pm, Public holiday 11:30am-10:30pm (10pm last call)
  4. Dining time for all reservation is 90 minutes from the reservation time which we kindly ask for the table to be returned; table will be held for 10 minutes for lunch, and 15 minutes for dinner booking.
  5. Completed parties would be seated in priority.
  6. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, we highly recommend booking a table in advance.
  7. Corkage fee: $500 per bottle; or Buy 1 Waive 1 corkage offer
  8. Cake fee: $200

The following additional terms will apply:
 
- Deposit is required to secure your reservation: $150 per person for Lunch booking; $200 per person for Dinner booking. Only bank transfer or PayMe are accepted as deposit payment methods. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
 
- Dining time is 90 minutes; Except for exclusive group booking.
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
- Full refund for cancellation made 48 hours prior to the reservation.
- Deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation.
- Change of date less than 48 hours prior reservation is considered as cancellation.
 
- If the final number of guests changes 48 hours prior to the reservation, the deposit for the reduced number of guests will be refunded.
- If the final number of guests changes in less than 48 hours prior to the reservation, the deposit made will not be refunded.

Kindly inform us in advance if you would like to cancel your booking. Failure to do so will be recorded and will affect your future reservation. Please be reminded that our dining time is 60 minutes for lunch and 90 minutes for dinner.

What to know before dining with us

We require credit card guarantee to confirm your booking. Once credit card details has been given, booking is automatically confirmed. Table reservations are held for a maximum of 10 minutes from the reservation time for lunch and 15 minutes for dinner.

Kindly understand that we do have a Dining Hour Policy in place whereby dining time per reservation is set at 90mins for both lunch and dinner for all our guests from the time of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings of 1 to 6 pax: 


Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 2 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation on your booking time, Nocino reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HK$150 per person for lunch and $200 per person for dinner and weekends. 

Kind reminder that table is only held for maximum of 10 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes for dinner, failure to arrive on specific time booked will have automatic penalty charged.
