NYX is designed as a refined dining space, so we maintain a dress code to keep the experience consistent for all guests. 

We kindly ask guests to come in smart casual to elegant attire. Slippers and overly casual wear are not allowed to maintain the dining experience.

NYX is pet-friendly:

Small pets are welcome, provided they are kept in a stroller, crate, or pet bag at all times.

Reservation Policy & Terms and Conditions


To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, please take note of the following reservation guidelines:

Reservation Holding Time
 • Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time.
 • If guests do not arrive within 15 minutes, the reservation may be released to other guests without prior notice.

Late Arrival
 • Late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period are subject to table availability.
 • We will do our best to accommodate late guests, but seating cannot be guaranteed once the table is released.

Changes or Cancellations
 • Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant in advance for any changes or cancellations to their reservation.
 • This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage table availability efficiently.

General Notes
 • Reservations are intended to enhance your dining experience; however, seating is subject to availability and operational requirements.
 • The restaurant reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
