Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, please inform us via Whatsapp. A credit card is required for parties of 6 or more to secure your booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 fee per person.
Celebrations: If you’re celebrating, let us know! We happily allow cakes and charge a corkage of $150/ btl.

Cancellation Policy
At Pachanga, we strive to provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
For reservations of 5 guests or more, a credit card is required to secure your booking. Please note that we do not charge your card unless you cancel outside of the notice period.
We kindly ask that you inform us of any changes to your booking as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of HKD 100 per person, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
We also have a 15-minute hold on all bookings. If you’re running late, please reach out to us via Whatsapp to inform the team, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the cancellation fee will also apply. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
