An E-mail address must be provided upon making a reservation at Pachanga, as it will be used to send a payment link to secure a table for you.

Parties with 6pax or more:

It is necessary to inform us 24hrs in advance through WhatsApp (6681 1033), or Call us (2626 3008) for us to prepare a table that is comfortable and suitable for your group.

Reservation Conditions:

We have a 15-minute grace period, please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your booked time. if we do not receive any notification, we may have to offer your table to guests on our waitlists.
Tables are allocated on the day by our restaurant team, however, we will try our best to allocate you to your preferred table. Yet, we are not able to guarantee this on the day itself.

Cancellation Policy:

For all bookings, it is necessary for you to notify us of any cancellation or any changes of number of guests at least 24hrs prior to your booking.
If you are unable to attend the reservation without any prior notice, we will unfortunately charge $100HKD per person to the credit card provided upon booking confirmation.
We are sorry to inform you that cancellation charges and deposits are necessary, this is to avoid "no shows" resulting in empty tables we could have made available to guests on our waitlist. 

Food Safety and Allergens:

For allergies and dietary requirements, our team would need a 24hr notice. If you are unable to inform us in advance, we may not be able to accommodate your requests on the day itself.

Please be aware that we may not be able to to guarantee we can store your cake in our fridge due to limited frigde space. A $150 HKD cake fee will be charged. For special occasions we are happy to provide a candle and birthday note.
The reason we have implemented this policy is (i) that we are often unable to find a place to store cakes in our fridges, which often requires food safety purposes (ii) the service of food not being on the menu can impact our quality of service to the customer who bought the cake and customers on other tables, especially if we were not made aware in advance (iii) in the event of an alleged food poisoning or serious allergic reaction of one of our guests, we would not be able to trace the source in accordance with our Food Safety Procedures.

We cater for most dietary requirements, and have a strict policy in place for guests with food allergies. Please let us know in advance before you place your order at Pachanga and check our menu before choosing your dish. This will ensure we are able to follow our food allergy policy and take all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination.

We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens in our kitchen prior to your visit.

 All our Managers, Wait Staffs, Chefs are all fully trained to our allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.
