What to know before dining with us

Cancellation Policy

1. Once a booking is confirmed, rescheduling is subject to availability and with at least 72 hours notice, after which the deposit will be forfeited.

2. ⁠Cancellations are accepted with at least 72 hours notice, after which the deposit will be forfeited.

3. ⁠ For full-venue hires, if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days, half of the deposit will be refunded.

4. Deposits need to be made within 24 hours if not the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

5. The deposit allows for rescheduling within two months of the reservation date and is limited to a single use.

6. Late arrivals past 30 minutes of booking time, the deposit will not be refunded.

7. All menus must be confirmed at least 72 hours of booking or the selected dishes cannot be guaranteed.

8. In the event of disputes, "Pak Loh Chiu Chow Private Kitchen" reserves the right to make the final decision.
