Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in making a booking at The Peak Lookout.

Please note that for booking of 15 persons or above, we require a deposit in order to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving the deposit.
Please make your payment within 48 hours or we will consider you no longer require the table and will release the booking accordingly.

Once your booking is confirmed, any cancellation 48 hours prior to the booking date will be refunded minus 10% handling charge from the financial service provider. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date or a no-show will result in the deposit being forfeit in full.
