Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in making a booking at The Peak Lookout.

Please note that for booking of 8 persons or above, we require a deposit in order to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving the deposit.
Please make your payment within 48 hours or we will consider you no longer require the table and will release the booking accordingly.

Once your booking is confirmed, any cancellation 48 hours prior to the booking date will be refunded minus 10% handling charge from the financial service provider. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date or a no-show will result in the deposit being forfeit in full.

If your reservation takes place on Valentine's Day (February 14th), the following Terms & Conditions apply:

Thank you for choosing The peak lookout for reservation. We are delighted to assist you in making your experience with us enjoyable and hassle-free. In order to ensure a smooth process, we would like to inform you about our reservation terms and conditions. Please review the following information carefully:

1. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Please ensure that all the details provided in the confirmation email or message are accurate.

2. Cancellation: We appreciate your reservation and the payment of the deposit to secure your booking . Please be aware that the deposit has been collected. It is non-refundable. This means that the reservation of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Arrival Time: Kindly arrive on time for your reservation. We may hold your table for a grace period of 15 minutes, after which we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.

4. Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating preferences, please inform us at the time of reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
