What to know before dining with us
1. Due to our business policy, we do not offer a single-person barbecue buffet.
2. For children, adults over 130cm tall are charged the adult price, children between 90cm and 130cm are charged the child price, and children under 90cm are free.
3. Early bird pricing applies if you leave the restaurant before 7:00 PM on weekdays. Please make your reservation in advance to receive the early bird price.
4. Soy sauce crab and shrimp cannot be cooked on the grill. Cooking them directly on the grill may damage the grill, in which case a grilling fee may apply.
5. Our grill is smokeless. Our staff will adjust the grill to the appropriate temperature for cooking your meat. If you are cooking directly, please set the grill to "Low" if it is too hot, or "High" if it is not hot enough. (Many people prefer it too hot, but that will result in the outside being burnt and the inside not being cooked.)
6. If you order food and leave uneaten portions, you will be charged $20 per 100g.

Cancellation Policy

If the number of visitors is less than the number of reservations, HKD 100 per person will be charged.
If you visit after making a reservation, the deposit will not be charged. After your visit, it will be automatically cancelled by the system 3-5 days later, depending on the card company's policy.
Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, SeoulSoul reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HK$100 per head. We look forward to welcoming you at SeoulSoul.
