What to know before dining with us

1. Due to our business policy, 1 Person BBQ buffet is not available.

2. Elder price is applicable to customers over 65 years old, and the green card will be checked on-site. If you do not bring the green card, the discount will not be applied.

3. For children, if the height is over 120cm, the adult price is applied, if the height is 90~120cm, the kid price is applied, and if the height is under 90cm, it is free.

4. For weekday dinner, the early bird discount ($50 per customer) is applied if you leave the store before 7pm, and the early bird discount ($50 per customer) is also applied during weekend lunch time (11:45~16:00).

5. Customers who pay the adult price will be provided with soy sauce marinated crab and shrimp sauce as a special dish once!

6. Soy sauce marinated crab and shrimp sauce cannot be cooked on the grill. If you cook them on the grill, the grill is likely to be damaged, and in this case, you may be charged for the grill.

7. The grill in our store is a smokeless grill. Our staff will lower the temperature of the grill to the right temperature for you to cook your meat. If you want to do it yourself, just set it to Low if the grill is too hot, or High if the grill is not hot enough. (Many people prefer a temperature that is too hot, but it only burns the outside and does not cook the inside.)

8. If you leave food, you will be charged $20 per 100g.

Cancellation Policy

If you have any questions regarding guaranteeing your reservation with your credit card, please free free to contact the restaurant or send a WhatsApp message to 9664 2040.

If the number of visitors is less than the number of reservations, HKD 100 per person will be charged.

If you visit after making a reservation, the deposit will not be charged. After your visit, it will be automatically cancelled by the system 3-5 days later, depending on the card company's policy.

Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, SeoulSoul reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HK$100 per head. We look forward to welcoming you at SeoulSoul.
