What to know before dining with us
1. According to company policy, we do not offer a single-person barbecue buffet.
2. Guests over 130 cm in height will be charged the adult price. Guests between 90 cm and 130 cm will be charged the children’s price. Children under 90 cm are free of charge.
3. The Early Bird price applies for guests leaving before 7:00 PM, and the Late Bird price applies for guests arriving after 8:40 PM. Please make a reservation in advance to receive these discounted rates.
4. Soy sauce-marinated crab and shrimp are not suitable for grilling. Cooking them directly on the grill may damage the equipment and may result in an additional fee.
5. Our restaurant uses smokeless grills. Our staff will adjust the grill temperature according to the condition of the ingredients to ensure that guests can enjoy their meal under the best conditions.
6. Any uneaten food left over will be charged at HKD 20 per 100g. Thank you for your cooperation. Please help us reduce food waste.
Cancellation Policy
If you have any questions regarding guaranteeing your reservation with your credit card, please free free to contact the restaurant or send a WhatsApp message to 9664 2040.
If you visit after making a reservation, the deposit will not be charged. After your visit, it will be automatically cancelled by the system 3-5 days later, depending on the card company's policy.
Once your booking is confirmed, should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the booking time or fail to honor the reservation, SeoulSoul reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of HK$100 per head. We look forward to welcoming you at SeoulSoul.
