Cancellation Policy / นโยบายการยกเลิก • Deposit of THB 1,000 per person is required to secure the booking. • The deposit will be fully deducted from your final food & beverage bill upon arrival. • The deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show. • Refunds may be considered only in case of severe weather or force majeure. • The deposit cannot be transferred to another date or person. • มัดจำ 1,000 บาทต่อคน เพื่อยืนยันการจอง • มัดจำจะถูกหักออกจากค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในวันที่ลูกค้ามาใช้บริการ • มัดจำไม่สามารถคืนได้ หากยกเลิกช้ากว่า 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาจอง หรือไม่มาในวันจอง (No-show) • การคืนเงินจะพิจารณาเฉพาะกรณีฝนตกหนักหรือเหตุสุดวิสัยเท่านั้น • มัดจำไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ไปวันอื่นหรือให้ผู้อื่นแทนได้
