Founded by Chef Top Russell, a Phuket native whose culinary journey has taken him from the Isle of Wight in the UK to some of the world's most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, SŌL is a heartfelt return to his roots. As the chef behind Bangkok's acclaimed Mia, a Michelin-starred restaurant, Chef Top has built a reputation for blending world-class technique with genuine hospitality and memorable flavours. He was also recognised in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and is celebrated as one of Thailand's most exciting culinary talents.

To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time. Should you be delayed, please contact our team and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If your plans change, we appreciate being informed at least 2 hours in advance. Seating preferences and special requests will always be noted and accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer the table to other guests.

Our team carefully prepares each reservation to ensure a warm and memorable experience, and your consideration is greatly appreciated.

• To ensure the best possible experience, reservations for parties of 6 guests or more require a deposit to secure the table.
• As preparations and seating arrangements are made specifically for larger parties, deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
