What to know before dining with us

Please note:

- Your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation and we CANNOT guarantee your reservation after this time.

- For international transaction, we only accept the credit card ( visa or mastercard )

- We do not accept the American Express Credit Card

- For local payment transaction, we accept cash and credit card or scan local bank QR code

- If you have any allergies or restrictions on ingredients/ parts, please let us know 24 hours prior to your reservation.

- If you wish to change the date, please contact us 24 hours before the reservation. The guest service team will assist in rebooking a new available spot.

- We have corkage fee 800 ฿ per bottle

- We welcome your lovely pet but only sit in the outdoor area

- Our restaurant is non smoking so we you would like to smoke, you can smoke outside the restaurant or sit outdoor area.

- Parking: Parking is available. Please inform us in advance if you require a parking space before your arrival.

Remark: Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

For group reservations of more than 6 guests, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

Please note that all deposit payments for group reservations are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no shows, late arrivals, or any changes to the reservation.
