Thank you! To ensure every guest has an enjoyable dining experience, please take note of our dining and reservation arrangements below:
• Tea Sessions:
For reservations at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 1:30 PM, the dining time limit is 90 minutes.
(Note: For reservations at other times during the tea sessions, the dining duration will be shortened accordingly.)
• Dinner Sessions:
For reservations at 5:45 PM or 8:15 PM, the dining time limit is 2 hours and 15 minutes.
(Note: For reservations at other times during the dinner sessions, the dining duration will be shortened by 15 to 30 minutes.)
• Table Holding Policy: We will hold your table for 10 minutes past your reservation time. Due to limited seating, your reservation will be automatically cancelled if you are late. We appreciate your understanding.
• Friendly Reminder: To ensure a fair booking experience for all guests, please do not make multiple reservations for the same time period on the same day. Any duplicate bookings may be automatically cancelled by the system.
