The NORM — Reservation Terms & Conditions
• Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from The NORM.
• Please arrive on time. We kindly hold tables for 30 minutes; after that, seating may be released.
• Changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Tables are assigned based on availability; specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.
• For peak periods or special occasions, seating time limits, deposits, or minimum spend may apply
and will be communicated in advance.
• Smart casual dress code applies.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to ensure a comfortable experience for all
guests.
The NORM — Deposit & Guarantee Policy
• A deposit may be required for special events.
• Any applicable deposit amount will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.
• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, in line with our cancellation
policy.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future reservations or require a deposit.
Dress Code
At The NORM Central Park, we maintain a smart casual dress code to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Kindly note that flip-flops, sportswear, and attire not suited to the venue’s ambiance are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you

• การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการจอง กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง
• การจัดโต๊ะเป็นไปตามความพร้อมของร้าน ไม่สามารถรับประกันที่นั่งตามคำขอพิเศษได้

• ทางผู้บริหารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าใช้บริการหรือการให้บริการ เพื่อความสะดวกสบายของแขกทุกท่าน
นโยบายมัดจำและการค้ำประกันของ The NORM
• อาจมีการเรียกเก็บเงินมัดจำสำหรับกิจกรรมหรือโอกาสพิเศษ
• จำนวนเงินมัดจำที่เกี่ยวข้องจะแจ้งให้ทราบอย่างชัดเจนก่อนการยืนยันการจอง
• เงินมัดจำไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ในกรณียกเลิกล่าช้าหรือไม่มาใช้บริการ ตามนโยบายการยกเลิกของร้าน

• การยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการจองต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง
• การยกเลิกล่าช้าหรือไม่มาใช้บริการ อาจส่งผลต่อการจองในอนาคตหรืออาจต้องมีการวางมัดจำ

ที่ The NORM Central Park เรามีนโยบายการแต่งกายแบบสมาร์ตแคชวล เพื่อรักษาบรรยากาศที่ดีสำหรับแขกทุกท่าน ขอความกรุณางดสวมรองเท้าแตะ ชุดกีฬา หรือการแต่งกายที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับบรรยากาศของสถานที่ ขอขอบพระคุณในความเข้าใจ และเราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้ต้อนรับท่านเร็ว ๆ นี้
